WE BELIEVE THERE IS A WAY TO MANAGE RISK AND THRIVE IN AN UNCERTAIN WORLD.

We create unique portfolios according to our client’s goals.

We often buy when others are selling.

We invest where we see opportunity and abandon investments that underperform.

We make investment decisions ourselves, we do not rely on committees.

We manage risk each day, monitoring portfolios to preserve both capital and profits.

We often use stop/loss orders and hedging vehicles as part of a disciplined risk management strategy.

HOW WE DO IT

SEPARATE MANAGED ACCOUNTS at independent custodians

Our clients use a variety of discount brokerages and custodians that give them direct access to their assets.

INDEPENDENT REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR

Cenacle is an independent registered investment advisor (RIA) with no bank, brokerage, or fund manager affiliations of any kind. We work only for our clients.

FEE ONLY FIRM

Cenacle is a fee only firm. We receive a fee based on the assets we manage and do not participate in loads and high commissions

STEWARDSHIP FOR FAITH BASED CLIENTS

A Good Steward insures the safety and growth of his Master’s Legacy by protecting against loss and multiplying the talents allotted to him, trusting in God’s plan.

At Cenacle, our faith and heritage define who we are as people, and what we are as a firm. Our mission is to enable faith-based institutions to realize their mission, using our financial expertise to manage resources and invest effectively.

“THE TRADITION OF FAITH-BASED INVESTING IS CENTURIES OLD. RELIGIOUS INVESTORS FROM JEWISH, CHRISTIAN AND ISLAMIC FAITHS, AS WELL AS INDIGENOUS CULTURES, HAVE ALWAYS CAREFULLY CONSIDERED THE IMPACT OF THEIR FINANCIAL DECISIONS ON OTHERS.”

SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE INVESTING

Many Faith-Based Endowments have guidelines for socially responsible investing and avoidance of certain products and industries. Adhering to these standards is the responsibility of the Investment Committee and their financial advisors.

We work with board members to learn their priorities and concerns, helping to form an investment bias that is unique and responsive.

An Endowment’s Investments should grow and support the Church’s Mission, we help guard against the Endowment becoming a Mission of its Own.

WE OPERATE IN A FRAMEWORK OF FULL TRANSPARENCY.

We avoid high-cost institutional funds, hedge funds and complex synthetic offerings, investments that have caused charitable endowments to fall behind market returns and suffer losses.
